After what I've experienced today in the brokerage community, I truly fear for the country.
Apparently very few people are left in the country who actually can handle the basics of their jobs. I can see why employers feel their is a mismatch between 'skill' and 'needs'. Even the basics cannot be accomplished anymore.
Wow. Just wow.
