With two weeks to go, Bespoke Invest has a table with global returns by country. It's been a year where returning zero meant you are a hero. In relative terms the U.S. outperformed. But we're no Venezuela. On the flip side the "hey just buy BRIC countries 'cuz that's where all the growth and demographics are" was a horrific choice this year, as we've outlined the past few weeks. 1/4th to 1/5th of your money eviscerated…. as quickly as you can say BRIC.
